Received a couple of calls over the last two days from this number - missed calls on my mobile. Entered the number into search engine and found these comments - very useful. I too have just put details into Aviva and a short term car insurance cover company - and these calls started immediately - funny that! Now I ve seen comments - will just ignore number

I was called by someone calling himself "Yogi" allegedly from Carphone Warehouse and I renewed my contract through him with Vodafone. The incentive being a substantial cash back deal. The cheques never appeared and Vodafone do not know anything about the deal (so they say). Vodafone are refusing to honour the deal and I have reported them to trading standards and the communications commission as they are saying they cannot see on their system who renewed the contract. Just got a very strange call from this number saying it was hmrc and that I had been fraudulent ... and I needed to pay ... first they said £1900 then £1800 then £1700. They said if I didnt they would send the police to get me arrested ... he wouldnt give me any details of how they knew who I was and was quite bullying ... my hands are left shaking and then he put down the phone

this is from a oompany called know how. it insures household electrical goods. i had said i would give them feedback after i called the 0800 number but i forgot that my phone ringer was switched off. so thet is what they were ringing me for. feedback about the call and service i was using.

Gentleman had the wrong name and was talking about my existing life insurance policy asked him to remove my number was told this isn t a sales a call its a review of my life insurance policy they did not work for my policy holder as they know to contact me on a different number and normal communication is via email but the simple fact is they are working of old information using my wifes maiden name for my surname really clever

Called our TPS registered number yesyerday trying to sell their accountancy services. The female caller became rude and agressive when told the number was TPS registered and I ended the call. Despite knowing the number was TPS registered she (or another woman) called again today. Clearly they have no respect for others.
