Another call to my mobile,have seen the previous comments so have blocked the number
getting fed up with these nuisance calls all the time so phoned ofcom who are supposed to be the policeman to deal with these calls. to be honest ofcom is about as useful as a fart in a spacesuit. all the lady could tell me was to use call blocking etc. to which i said when these people have 100 s of numbers not much good. told her that ofcom should prove their worth and starting earning their money by doing something about it. but of course they wont because telephone companies will start bleating suppress

SCAM identified themselves as north star insurance claim that my elderly client has an insurance policy with them, which he had according to person on phone but was still die a final payment of £400. Purporting to be Inland Revenue; obviously not. A recorded message - robotic female voice - asking to phone Dennis something and not to ignore call. Indian accented chap answered with 'Inland Revenue' or similar, clearly bogus. Unsettling.
SCAM Indian woman called re broadband speed and insisted I checked my broadband speed NOW told her wasn't been told what to do by her. Kept her talking for 4/5 minuites before she hang up. At least stopped her scamming someone else for a little time.

SPAM claim to be from insurance asking about life insurance policy I have. When I said I was at work at the moment the man said “I know you are, you’re at work, I’m at work we aren’t here all the hours. Do you have a life insurance policy or not” I swiftly hung up!

They had a long spiel about how my insurance number had been used to hire a boat (!?) and found blood and cocaine on this boat later or something like that. Big accusations, clearly nothing to back it up.

Just had a call from this number, an asian lady called Kate Brown(???) who said that my IP address was being used by others around the world so they will be cancelling user licence on my IP address.
