I was called by someone calling himself "Yogi" allegedly from Carphone Warehouse and I renewed my contract through him with Vodafone. The incentive being a substantial cash back deal. The cheques never appeared and Vodafone do not know anything about the deal (so they say). Vodafone are refusing to honour the deal and I have reported them to trading standards and the communications commission as they are saying they cannot see on their system who renewed the contract. Have received calls from this number to my mobile phone. There is no message left on voicemail. Calls have taken place once a month, always in the first few days of the month. Always around midday.
