02392 910896 number called saying he (indian sounding - and partially broken english) was from Sky (my ISP) asking if I noticed flucktuating BB speeds. I said no, and he went on to tell me why they were. Argued that they wern't. It is High time BT themselves did something about this type of call as it has been going on for a very long time.Do not be fooled, it is a SCAM which potentially will relieve you of large amounts of your money!!

An asian sounding gentleman rang from this number, said has name was Daniel, and that he would only take up a minute of my time, and then wouldn t bother me again. He knew my name and postcode. I asked what it was all about, as I wouldn t give any information until then. He hung up.

No idea who called and when I rang the number x 3 times no answer.
SCAM / SPAM Received a text from this number, +44 7377 428622, saying that I was due a refund from HMRC and providing a link to click on to start the claim process. Fairly clearly a malicious link so I deleted the text - suggest any other recipients do likewise.
keeps ringing, but when you answer you can hear the call centre in the background just before it goes dead. Very irritating.
It’s automated when you answer, claims there’s tax fraud against your name and to press 1 to stop a warrant being issued for your arrest. Pressed 1 and a foreign women answer saying it’s HMRC and if your working or self employed. Ask for my name and when i said for them to tell me as they were the one who called the line goes dead

So far have had four calls from this number. The first call was asked to answer a few questions for a poll. Told him I did not do surveys and he put the phone down. Second and third calls were male who put the phone down when told I do not do surveys and please do not call again. Fourth call was female. I told her she was the fourth caller in two days, please take me off their list and don t call again. The call was immediately terminated. Am now waiting to see if there are any more calls.
If a caller is abusive or threatening report them to the Police immediately.
Indian call centre. Asking to ask a few questions and claim to be Data Protection registered. Clearly plan to sell data on anything you say. Hung up when requested their registration number for Information Commission Office.
