Complete lies the company was busy we didnt advertise last year. When we asked for paperwork/proof he said he will provide after we have paid. He "generously" managed to half the debt to £1,750. One of many "helping with an insurance claim in the last three years " they introduce themselves by company and name but will not repeat if asked. Insisting I have an unresolved claim . It was on his database so it must be true. They also get aggressive. Would love to stop them altogether, I would hate to think these people older members of our population.
