Fraud Telephoned 04/12/20. I gave no name when answering and they did not ask who I was. Young lady immediately started with "I understand that you have been in an accident which was not your fault". I have not had an accident and any reputable company would have identified who they were dealing with as a priority. Shut her down immediately and barred number.

I missed two calls - the second one today 17/09/16. I looked the number up online - didn t find any comments. Rang the number back - there is a voicemail message that says it is a Market Research company and how to get more information about them. If you did want to speak to them they can be contacted on 01908 278303 - maybe to get your number removed from their list. They do have a website - might give info re how to do this on there. Or block them/don t answer if you are not interested.

I was called this morning by a lady saying that she is from the pension office. She asked whether I had private pensions and whether it would be possible that somebody would see me face to face to go through my private pensions. This is someone lying in order to try and get business away from your energy providers and therefore any information you give them could be used fraudulently!
