Fraud Call centre, pretend to be "running security" for Virgin Broadband, call to say they have "seen problems on the line". When I told them I wasn't on Virgin, they waffle on about how they do the security for all broadband suppliers, because Virgin supplies the lines for them all. I told them I was on Grain, and then they just imediately hung up. Obvious fraud scam.

Court action was now under way. Press 1 to speak to an officer." I did this immediately, and a man with a near Asian accent, politely asked;"Can I help you?"

They always call me while at work, and each time I tell them I have no time for their survey. They refuse to accept that and insist it will be very short and just proceed with their survey. Called us 3 times to sell iPhone 14 pro max plus 256 gb for £35 a month with unlimited minutes, and texts + 1000 International minutes and free roaming abroad. It seemed to be fishy as £35 x 24 months= £840 while the same phone on its own from pc world currents on its own is £1250 - they say they are phoning from pc world currys -and the email they sent seemed flawed. They wanted us to pay about £39 delivery and our bank details for direct debit - but seemed dodgy so just ended the call.
