Claimed I had an accident and that the third party insurance had agreed £3K payout for my pain and suffering! Knew it was a scam as car was parked up empty when it was hit by third party, all caught on Store cctv. Ignore or block these scammers fo your own good.

This call was from EE broadband. I had been on the website and the day later they gave me a call. They couldnt leave a note on the account as i wasnt a customer with them currently. but they directed me to the official ee website where it showed me the numbers that are associated with EE and it was there. I even called the number back and it said we was called today by EE. They also sent me a text from EE also to put me at ease. Really helpful Hull staff and answered all the questions i had about joining. N
I get regular calls from this number, they ring off as soon as I answer, any ideas who they are?
Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 17533494xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Accident compensation, PPI, insurance claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Harrats in Wakefield. I regularly get calls from this number, and every time I request my number be deleted permanently from their records. Never works. I have threatened them with taking it to the data commissioner, next time they call I will ask to be put in touch with a senior manager and express to them that they are breaking the law by ignoring to take head of my request to be removed from their database and never be contacted
