received automated call that HMRC is preparing to take legal action against me and telling me to press 1 to talk to an operator. Did so and was connected to man with Indian accent who tried to solicit information. When I asked him to prove who he was he swore at me so I hung up. Obvious scam of some kind.
OH received a call on their mobile from this number 2 days ago. I Googled then and found it was a scam. Today I have received a call from the same number on my mobile, which is a consecutive number to the OH s mobile number. No way I would call an 0843 number for a service I wanted never mind for one I don t know about.

I have been rang by this company at least twice a week for the last four months. sometimes in the early hours of the morning. I have asked today where they got my number from. he said 3rd party. I told him I don t give out this number at all. I then told him to remove my number from their database or I shall report them.
No idea who called as we have a phone guardian so unknown numbers are intercepted except for a couple which are announced giving us the option to accept or reject. The phone does not even ring. The only way we know someone has phoned is when we pick the receiver up and it shows there has been a missed call
