Recorded message, telling me that I was the homeowner - I pressed 2 and Wayne From Energy Care answered. He asked me if I was the homeowner and as soon as I said no he hung up without apologising for phoning a number that is registered with TPS or offering to stop interrupting my activities.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036346xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with direct marketing, insurance marketing, accident claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? SCAM, judging by the many comments left on other look-up numbers. At 08:13 a male voice said he was BT Technical Department. We are not with BT so I put the phone down. The same number rang at 08:22. I did not answer it, so after a few seconds the ringing stopped. Many other people have reported the same experience.
