Believe it to be a scam as they did not identify me or give appropriate details about my account before they went into their 'rant'. Call from 01132989890 claim from sainsburys energy. Said I had to install smart meter and was put out when I said I wasn't having one - said I had to and was very rude and bossy. I said it wasn't lawful then gave her a few choice words before putting the phone down on her.
