ringing a number registered with tps but never leaves message and cannot ring back - suspicious and irritating.

The recorded message says that they have been trying to contact you and that a legal action case has been opened against you and you must dial 1 immediately to speak to your case officer in a threatening sort of computer generated delivery. Just ignore it or report it via https://ico.org.uk/ and/or www.actionfraud.police.uk/
