Glen phoned this morning saying he was rep for this area for renewable energy told him we had loft insulation and double glazing then the line went dead rude and surly man!!

Delay in answering phone, computerised voice says they know I ve been in an accident so I responded yes and asked them to take me off the call list when an actual person answered. She was rude and slammed the phone down.

Gentleman had the wrong name and was talking about my existing life insurance policy asked him to remove my number was told this isn t a sales a call its a review of my life insurance policy they did not work for my policy holder as they know to contact me on a different number and normal communication is via email but the simple fact is they are working of old information using my wifes maiden name for my surname really clever
