The person on the other end told me they were ringing to review my mortgage. When I told her I was uncomfortable discussing it over the phone, she got aggressive and rude. She told me my husband had requested a callback which I knew was a lie because he doesn t deal with this stuff over the net or phone!! when I said that he wouldn t have requested a callback she was really abusive and before she could hang up I told her how rude she was!! SCAM "Visa / Mastercard" - obviously not ! Said £600.00 charge on my account from abroad. Sounded like an Indian Call Centre scam operation. Wanted my bank account details so they could stop the charge going through - how kind of them - but didn't know what bank ! Kept them on the line for a few minutes so one less person they can scam today before letting on that I knew they were scammers !
