This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I received a private phone call from someone called Shahid regarding a visa application form. I *have* submitted evidence for a relative of mine and included my mobile number, but I felt uneasy answering any questions out of the blue, especially as this person expected me to tell him who the visa is for (surely you should be telling *me*?).
