I was told a monetary transaction to a foreign country had just been made. BT has no trace of this number!
Fraud: Called saying they were from Sky about the internet connection & asked for "The Owner". I asked them to tell me the name of the account holder and they hung up.

SCAM: First of all, an automated male voice saying ' Hello, Customer, an ipad has been added to your Amazon account'. The taped message was poorly recorded and there were several breaks and skips in it. It played 3 or 4 times continuously before I ended the call. I didn't wait for the end of the message. I don't have, or ever have had, an Amazon account. Supposedly calling from Wolverhampton.

RSA are MOTABILITY insurer and we are being targetted for a very minor incident while our MOTABILITY car was stationary/parked/empty off road!Unwelcome, uninvited, disconcerting as related calls can be aggressive. AMAZON. The usual one about Amazon Prime. Your acct will be auto renewed for £79+. I don't have it so it can't. Get these scam calls all the time. They want you to press "1" so gawd knows what that does - link you into an expensive Ling Distance call or something. Someone is determined to get money from you, I don't fully understand how but they wouldn't be in this for nothing! I fail to understand why the police or BT can't DO something about it!!!
