Just got a call from them. insurance scam.. If you have time just talk rubbish to them as they soon hang up..
Fraud. Calling from abroad saying they are Citizens Advice Bureau. When I asked why they were calling on a mobile number they said they weren’t so I read the number back to them and they said that they have been passed information by the FCA that I have debts to repay. When I pointed out that this was false and they are clearly a scam they hung up. Called them back and got voicemail which is apparently full.

Human voice saying pre-recorded statements about having got my number from the RTA department and was I in an accident recently. Asked her to clarify recently and it was 2-3 years which gave the game away. I m usually really careful with my number so I think it s an auto-dialer.

Just been called by this number to inform me my emails are being used by someone in the usa and if I follow his instructions through my computer we can solve this together. Bloody nice chap! However I do know that once connected to your computer they can lock you out unless you make payments to them. SCAM me thinks. I received a call from this number today, it s seemed to be a poor connection or he made out he couldn t hear me. I man with a very strong accent (not English) yet goes by the name of peter asked for me by name when I said yes. He said I m calling from the bank and hung up.
