SCAM, horrible , aggressive person asking after life insurance. Really scary conversation.
Outomachine saying they were from department of DWP my insurance number has been used in a fraud. To press a number 1 but I just hung up and blocked the number.

Scam. I use to work for vodafone, and the first thing i asked after he started talking was " who is your line manager?" "And what system am i on". He freaked out and try come back but not a chance. As for the question providing you managers name should be a problem, unless you are a scammer and it takes you 5-6 seconds to invent a name, secondly vodafone has 2 systems that are being used in the company and it s a very simple to answer this question for a vodafone person. This number was purporting to be HMRC - when called the lady with a carribean type accent stated that it was her personal number, and promptly put the phone down.
I answered, a man was on the other end, claimed to be a part of a pension plan scheme, I never paid to on, opted for one, nor did my previous employer contributed to one on my behalf, told the man this in answer to his questions, he thanked me for my time and said bye. That was it, but the fact it was unsolicited, made it seem like a scam.

Spam caller claiming to be from Vodafone (my mobile contract isn't with Vodafone), wanting my bank details so they could apply a discount to my contract. Very persistent - when I told them I didn't know my postcode they called back the following night. Even provided me with a (mobile!) number I could call to check that they really were Vodafone.
