He said, is that Mrs Evans and proceeded to quote my address, and then went on to say that I had a washing machine of which the insurance has expired. Sounds as far away as India where a lot of cold calls originate - speakers usually have heavy Indian accents and difficult to comprehend but when you ask, they are unable to answer simple questions if it deviates from the script.
