As I couldn't make him out properly I asked if I could phone him back. He kept insisting he'd tell me all about his proposition, so I put the phone down. I tried to redial his number, but number inaccessible.

I have ended up blocking this number I felt like they were harassing me I had at least 8 calls a week from them just asking if I used prepay gas and electric metres as they can try beating the price but im not interested but they still continued to call
