Received this call today. It came approximately 30 minutes after a call from a Cambridge number 01223 931995. The Cambridge number went dead on answering. The 01330 563426 number allowed me to answer, and an automated message said it was the HMRC and that I would be fined. You could press 1 to talk to an agent. I hung up. You cannot ring back. I live in Florida, US. Have never before received a SPAM hang up call from England until now. Nevertheless, it was an automated call and I have no friends in, or traveling to the UK.

Have been called repeatedly by this number. This caller follows typical silent call behaviour by hanging up as soon as my answerphone switches over to record a message. Anyone legitimate would leave a message. High probability this is at best a cold sales call.

SCAM Fraud Call center Just called me claiming to be from Sky, wanting to speak to me about my Broadband. When I told them I know this is a Scam call, as I don't have Sky Broadband, they hung-up, so obviously a scammer. It was an Indian-sounding woman, from a call centre, so could well have been coming from India etc, with the number spoofed / redirected to blocks of UK numbers being resold to places like that.
