Call from 01314414605 Asian male saying he was from Virgin Media Technical Department and my internet speed was sending warning messages and not running correctly. Was asked to do a speed test and download an app. He was adamant he was from Virgin Media although he could not give any of my details to me. Needless to say I hung up. Called Virgin Media who did a test down the line which did not show up any problems.

Fast talking wanted my free available B&B rooms to sell, does not allow you to talk just wants her questions answered, when she asked a private information question I started to say "No I cannot tell you that" well I got to the No and she said oke tnx and slammed the phone down on me(How rude). this is from a oompany called know how. it insures household electrical goods. i had said i would give them feedback after i called the 0800 number but i forgot that my phone ringer was switched off. so thet is what they were ringing me for. feedback about the call and service i was using.
