So enjoy using Amazon Prime Services or to unsubscribe from service speak to our Amazon Service Manager, press and 1.” I would not trust the fact that it is a mobile number, incomplete robotic Amazon message, etc. but cannot be certain.

This is probably a cloned number claiming to be British Gas. Almost certainly a scam. If you ring it, the menu does not give an option to speak to an advisor. Tell them in your best Anglo-Saxon to go forth and multiply. If the calls persist then call Action Fraud.
