Scam text about hermes parcel delivery

Scammers. Called saying they were from Auto Assist about my recent car accident and needed to confirm details. I don t drive and have never been in a car accident. Was later called by the same people on a different number as I just hung up after their spiel.

Would not tell me what they wanted, they said it was in regards to a debt but would not let me continue the call without giving them my full address which I refused obviously. Would not tell me the nature of the debt either.

Bristol Street Motors calling again and again, despite me not owning the Mazda car anymore (not for about 2 years!), repeatedly telling them so does not stop them calling and texting me everyday.

Called my wife today. Indian gentleman called Rick. Same spiel as previously reported. Why doesn t BT put these people off-line. BT must be aware of this scam but choose to ignore it as they make money out of the scammers calls. Get your finger out BT!!

I was at work when they rang so couldn t answer. I don t know the number and they didn t leave a message. Was just wondering who it is

NOT a scam it is a wheelie bin cleaning company I have used for years.

The Trust Deed People they may claim to be. But ask yourself this question. How many Trust Deeds have they realistically administered? What other alternatives will they suggest? How much will they make from your case? Is a company based in England familiar with the nuances of Scottish insolvency? Always do your research. Good luck to you whatever you decide.

Receiving calls about boiler replacement every couple of days and I am now about to put it on my Truecall machine. The best ?100 I ever spent. I seldom get nuisance cals these days but as soon as I have time I Google them to check authenticity, then put them on the Truecall if not trusted. I am hard of hearing, most know this and I seldom get calls now unless important.

Indian accent man, all he did was asking me yes/no questions... like, are you ____? is ____ your postcode? have you got a mortgage? are you happy with your bank? After I replied to his questions he said ok have a lovely day an hung up... which I found weird. Unfortunately, it was until he hung up that I realised he might have been recording my yes/no answers to use this for any sort of identity fraud or scam... Probable spam. I did not answer. No message left.

Asked for me just by first name, claimed to be citizens advice new legal team and asked about unsecured debts. Told them I would not disclose any information to them so they hung up.

Had old details and said wanted to clarify further details and ask 3 household questions. I declined the call. Was a foreign caller with lots of background noise.
