Phoned my landline on 20 Jan. 2023 pertaining to be from Amazon Prime and stating that they had taken £94 from my bank account. I was offered a number of options to query this but hung up as it was obviously a hoax call. Amazon Prime would not contact in this way. They tried again on 21 Jan., this time from a different number 01216834924.
Missed call on our landline from this number. Nobody we know calls our landline any more! Called it back and nothing happens. Have been getting many calls on the landline on numbers (01995 xxx xxx) identified as scammers so I suspect these are linked

SCAM - told me that my credit details have been used to spend £500 on an IPhone.
Accident Calling from "the insurance company" when I asked him which one he just said about the accident I'd had. I asked which accident, as I've had a lot recently (I haven't needless to say) to which he replied the minor bump in the car. When I told I'd had a few of those in the last couple of months and I was worried that they were going to take my licence off me, but I didn't think it was my fault, even though they all said it was .... then the line suddenly went very quiet. :-)

SCAM 769256245 is the number dialled when I tried to voice call the sender of a Phishing scam text message claiming to be from "RoyalMail" which contained a dodgy link to arrange delivery of a fictional "Bezos Limited" parcel. The text was forwarded to NCSC Phishing Reports on 7726.

He continued to talk over me, saying he was working alongside the Dept of Transport and I should listen to him. NUMBER BLOCKED!
