He completely ignored me and carried on talking saying he had a report that said i d taken out ppi from my address (and he quoted my correct address) I told him the report was wrong as i have never had a loan since living here, and the ignorant moron still carried on talking over me. Took ages for them to answer once I d answered the call then on a very bad line asked if I was Miss (First name) (Middle name). I m not a Miss and presumably they know I might not have the same surname they have for me anymore. I m always sceptical of people using my first and middle name so hung up but it didn t sound like his English was very good.
