Call from the number: 07938536820 A Guy called Steven- Asking for bank information, how much I made at work. Asking irrelevant questions asking if I smoke/had a sky package yet knew about a bank loan. Avoid and 101 have been made aware Pretending to be from citizens advice

unknown number. I didn't answer.

Have had several calls from this number over last few days. Have just ignored it. No message left. Now added to my reject list. I never answer a call to a number I don t recognise. So many scams about.

Indian man, after giving an English name,says he is calling from BT Technical Dept.I know that there is no such Department within the BT organisation!!I said goodbye and put the phone down!! Genuine call from Halifax fraud prevention. They noticed someone in USA somehow used my card for a very small amount £4.24 (apparently they do this to see if it s accepted) They have cancelled my card and are sending a new one straight away. Excellent service from Halifax
