My experience is that the call was from scammers trying to get you to install malware on your pc. They obviously have some information on account holders/numbers to call as they were pretending to be Talk Talk technical support, but they are not..
Had this call today in Northern Ireland. Same as everyone else. Claiming to HMRC and a warrant issued!! Very concerning elderly people that may receive the call also.

I had a missed call from this number on my mobile but no message left. Also similar numbers called me recently - all the same 019167402xx range - probably the same marketing company? I don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active...
