Called by personnel claiming to be working on behalf of BT, insisting my internet was being Hacked. They put me on to 2 sites, Any Desk and Team Viewer eventually asked me to log on to my bank number I was called from 01382482213 which is unobtainable. Contacted BT all is well with internet, they do not make cold calls to customers
Call centre representative asked to speak with "Mary" and went on to query details regarding life insurance policy with Insure. Stating I don t have a policy with Insure, he replied that they were a marketing firm acting on behalf of life insurance providers. He then asked whether I had a mortgage (because this includes life insurance). I informed him I was not a mortgage holder. You say no and they hang up with no apology for wasting your time etc......
