This one seems to be the same story as the 08437240169 and 08437240171 - it seems they use more premium rate numbers for cold calling, so for any case DO NOT call them back, this is a money trap. If they answer the call, there is some fake pensions review group or similar story, be very careful before presenting them any personal data...
Seems to be used for some really wide-scope telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 118328xxxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with very sophisticated robocalls, sometimes classical RTA - ''you have been in a car accident'', sometimes Microsoft support - general computer support, in most cases unsolicited. See previous comment. These Jingly bar stewards just call a slightly different number making the BT call blocker a complete and utter waste of timer. BT are just a bunch of fraudsters as well and will do nothing to prevent these nuisance calls as are the Government and Offcom. Another valid point is that when someone states on their merchandise "STOPS UP TO 99% OF NUSIANCE CALLS" I would suggest that 1% is up to 99% and they should be prosecuted under the Trades Description Act.
This is the fourth time they called today (4.30pm) after my comment on here earlier this morning and this time they answered the phone when I picked up and it was a Paki/Indian voice wanting to know what make of washing machine I had. Told him I didnt have one and he rang off.
Have had many calls today, they hang up when I answer and when I call to tell them to clear off, the number does not accept incoming calls. Am grateful for the email address. If it persists I will be reporting them.
