Pressed 1 and a foreign women answer saying it’s HMRC and if your working or self employed. Ask for my name and when i said for them to tell me as they were the one who called the line goes dead

I have put in 2 formal complaints, both they have rejected. Do not use them they are a bunch of fraudsters
