Not sure tried to call it back and its saying they are but I did call the acutal British Passport office and they have told me that this number is FRAUD! so do not give any information of yours! to 02038597401 this is a fraudulent number. This number was attached to a scam text telling me a virgin money account (not a customer) was placed on hold. All false.
