received automated call that HMRC is preparing to take legal action against me and telling me to press 1 to talk to an operator. Did so and was connected to man with Indian accent who tried to solicit information. When I asked him to prove who he was he swore at me so I hung up. Obvious scam of some kind.
IT company called to say my PC was infected.Usual attempt at fraud.
Phoned me but although l could hear noises in the background no one spoke to me, lasted 45secs.
