This is about the 7th call I've had from them, mostly an Asian guy. They ring back after you hang up. Always calling middle of the day. I asked them too specify which PC was infected, gave one of my family members first name initial and second name. When I asked them to prove they are who they say they were gave me the family members first initial and surname again and that was all they had.

A woman with a foreign accent rang on April 4th. She knew my name and said she was ringing to alert me that there were problems with my computer. When I quizzed her as to how she knew this she was vague and aggressive. I told her that I thought she was trying to scam me - the line immediately went dead. Tried to scam me by calling my phone and asked for my email address. Then I was told to check my email for a password to allow her to add me to her address list because she allegedly lost her list. When I checked the email message it was a code authorizing to reset my Facebook password, so I did not give the information. This person was even messaging in our native dialect. She avoided talking to me live though when I answered her call the first time, and just sent the message asking for my email.
