Text Message txt message said that someone was added to my Lloyds online banking and if this wasn't me to go to a website that was linked to the txt, - the thing is I haven't got a Lloyds bank account!! must be a scam

I was called by someone calling himself "Yogi" allegedly from Carphone Warehouse and I renewed my contract through him with Vodafone. The incentive being a substantial cash back deal. The cheques never appeared and Vodafone do not know anything about the deal (so they say). Vodafone are refusing to honour the deal and I have reported them to trading standards and the communications commission as they are saying they cannot see on their system who renewed the contract. The person calling from this number was clearly ringing from a call centre and had an Asian name which I didn t catch. He stated that the company name was MTA Solicitors and that he was calling about a recent car accident. This is clearly a scam call as I have not had a car accident.

Had a call from this muppet (+01195748396) on my mobile. Searched the number on this site but it does not register (the tellows webpage doesn t load) so I dropped the +0 and re-tried and this page does load. An educated guess is that this is some kind scam or another.

Rang my mobile - goodness knows where they got the number from, I keep it private, and young lady with a lot of noise in the background said a few barely intelligible words before I hung up.

Same as the other person it’s a very clear scam! Had 2 calls off this person in the last month! Hope no one gets caught out!
