Pretended to be BT & said was an engineer called John Morris phoning about our internet being hacked. Said his number was 0203 239 4138 but when checked on ring back it was 01235264789. Hung up when I asked him to put the problem in writing.

this number is very untrustworthy, they called me and had every bit of my personal information in front of them including my address, as I didn t want to disclose any more information with them they laughed at me and put the phone down, not impressed at all so if someone does know this company using this number id appreciate it to know who they are

Call from Indian Call Centre to house phone. Caller refused to give name and asked general questions. I cut him off and told him the call was being monitored and recorded. Phone went dead immediately ! !

Text message stating it was Octopus Energy. But I have an account and they normally contact via email. So I don’t trust it.

I did buy an engine back in 2013 from enginestoyou who did deliver an engine but it was the wrong one. After i informed them they came and collected it but failed to refund me or send me a replacement engine. I chased them through email and phone but they would simply ignore everything. I did contact my bank and various other bodies but no success. They were no where to be found. It angers me how they have managed to rip people off and get away with it so easily.
