Asked if I was a uk resident, if I was a card holder, and if I was over 18, then waffled on about a different thing I could have for £18:50 I said I was busy an wasn't interested, so had the phone put down on me. Didn't state her name, and said the call was being recorded, hope she gets sacked for that behaviour if it was really 02, stupid cow!!!! Just ignore it. They also called me a few days ago too. Calling that 0800 number says they are Stellar a partner of BT, and to call BT on 0800 028 2272. Don t bother if you aren t on BT. They ll tell you "you aren t on BT, we have no record of you!". Useless. A websearch for Stellar suggests 01294 225300. Calling that number: 1) they confirm the 0800 044 5265 caller ID is them calling on behalf of BT. 2) They ll remove our number from

I requested a catalogue in the post (so I could have a look without speaking to anyone) and about 1 hour after filling in the online form, I ve started to receive around 3 or 4 calls a day, now for well over a week. I haven t answered them, but I m really annoyed and suggest this marketing tactic isn t a good idea in general.

Very similar to everyone else. Had a phone call saying that I was wanted for Tax avoidance and that they were issuing a warrant out for my arrest if I didn?t pay. Seeing as my tax is paid through PAYE I know there?s no issue with my tax. However the tone in which the call is made is quite aggressive if someone is not used to this kind of con. Promptly put phone down.
