Called twice today. Answered 2nd call - "Mike (Punjabi) Smith", from 'BT'. Foreign person using my IP address for illegal purposes - would need to disconnect my internet for 5 days. Told me to hit CTRL+R and Windows key and enter something. Recorded message about PPI. These calls are an absolute nuisance - you can't even tell them not to phone again.
Possible SCAM / SPAM - this man called saying he was the allocated shopper for my sister and that he had a box of 32 items for her. Accent difficult to understand. My sister already has someone allocated to do her shopping so checked with the council who have no record of him. It may be genuine but people need to take care.

Yet another call from this outfit. Cant believe they are still in business as conned my mother out of ?180 for sky warranty and now trying to con people with call blocking devices/services. The young lad who called recently gave names of the owners as Terry Mills and Cameron Robinson. Not been able to follow these up yet. But avoid any dealings with this outfit!

He stated that it does not matter as ‘they’ can still access. Stated that I would contact Microsoft directly, he gave me another number, I was rumbled when I said I would call back and he asked for me to repeat the number, I’d not written it down!
