This is about the 7th call I've had from them, mostly an Asian guy. They ring back after you hang up. Always calling middle of the day. I asked them too specify which PC was infected, gave one of my family members first name initial and second name. When I asked them to prove they are who they say they were gave me the family members first initial and surname again and that was all they had.

This company phones EVERY DAY !!! A foreign woman knows my name and says it s a quick call from the call centre. I never answer any calls from numbers unknown. They are always unwanted! Just wait until it stops ringing and then block from future calls. (This also hopefully tells the caller that your number is not operational.)
