Missed call and when calling back the number doesn't exist
Human voice saying pre-recorded statements about having got my number from the RTA department and was I in an accident recently. Asked her to clarify recently and it was 2-3 years which gave the game away. I m usually really careful with my number so I think it s an auto-dialer.
Recorded message saying I will be arrested by the police if I don't ring this number at once
