Called 3 times in two days, 17 & 18 Aug 2015, about my computer. I said I was being harrassed and asked to speak to manager, and the speaker rang off.

called on me on mobile asking my name and address and saying that I had been in an accident over the last year (I haven t) I laughed at the caller, told her I don t drive (which I don t)and don t have a car (which I don t). She insisted that I had reported an accident to an insurance company (again I haven t). Autobot, pretending to be BT, press one for a rep, claiming my broadband has been compromissed. Just cut them off and block them. 3rd call I ve had on 3 different numbers in 2 days. Whyu will the government do nothing about this?

Since discovered they are called Trust money so decided to give them a taste of their own medicine and I call 0141 305 3045 and press one and then go silent when they take my call, Churlish I know but I get about 5 of these type calls a day !!!! IF we all start harassing them back maybe they will change their attitude !

Called me trying to sell something or other - looked on the net and they seem to be cold calling people at random - we are TPS registered - also seen a lot of suspected false positive comments around the net about this company saying how helpful they are - probably written by friends or employees - I didnt apreciate a cold call when I am TPS registered.

Definitely a scam. BT, Openreach, TalkTalk, Virgin etc., will never call you about a technical issue unless you contact them. NEVER call unknown numbers back and NEVER press ...
