First caller (Laura) very rude and insistent that I had reported a car accident which I hadn t. 2nd caller 5 minutes later (Elliot) was quite polite. Gave the address of the call centre as 34 Regents way Liverpool.
Clearly a scam:- n1. recorded message, n2. "press 1", n3. no attempt to verify identity of person being called.

I have been having problems with it but I’m aware of phony callers pretending to be providers - BT not any of the other providers would call you out of the blue so they hung up on me lol - thought you were supposed to be helping me with an issue? One of a number of unrecognised numbers that have called me today. Rang off as soon as I answered. The only call that did not ring off was an automated system that sounded like a scam phishing for bank details.

Forever calling my 11yo sons mobile, this being a new mobile contract. Clearly cold calling and continue to harrass us, idiots! From now on I answer, appearing to be my local Police Authority. I ve done this with others and they promptly hangup and I never receive a call from them again. As for the TPS, complete waste of time. I and many others had an increase of calls once added, even on a completely new line where nobody had the number as it was used as a broadband only line by us.

Claims you owe money to Bristow & Sutor and then sends repeated sms texts over a period of few weeks to look legit. Final warnings tell you to call this number. Number goes to voicemail when you call them.
