I was just called from this number but I could not understand the name. The guy was speaking too fast and he has given me an appointment but as I have some hearing problems I could not get it. On line there is nothing about this number. Can anyone help please? Thanks in advance.

Best advice I can give is BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK the muppets. They disputed my PPI Claim as they offer Repayment Option, only changed the name in 2008 so got company sorting it now. Had my card 11 years so know I m owed thousands & Im not payin em a penny more till sorted. My hubby paid approx 680 over 7 years on his natwest & got ?2,196 back. It s worth checking everyone, we couldn t believe it as his limit was only ?800 & a business card. Good luck & keep blocking...

This number phone me, asked for my husband and I said they couldn t speak to him because this wasn t his phone. When I asked who was calling, they hung up. When I tried redialling the number, it won t let the call through
Got a call to-day but when I redialled it said invalid number.....no comment from the caller.
Supposed to be from Inland Revenue threatening me with immediate arrest unless I presses '1'.
I had just made a purchase from Amazon and this person with a very bad line phoned claiming to be from Amazon wanting to check my details. This is the second time it has happened. Amazon do not operate like this. Be on your guard.

Indian guy called Frank (NOT!) called to get details from me. He had my name and address (which I didn t confirm) but was evasive when I asked what the company is so I hung up. Certain this isn t bona fide.

Just called, twice...didn't answer as it's past 1am and I don't recognise the number. As it's a UK number, calling someone at 1am is weird...but as no message not sure if it was scammers

This unrecognised number called me yet again! Initially, I did not answer but then fearing it might be Check & Trace I tried to ring it back. It just cuts off so clearly either spam, scammers or phishing. DO NOT ANSWER. I've now BLOCKED it.

SCAM - Recorded message claiming to be HMRC, stating that a fraud case had been opened in 'my' name, but no name actually given. Asked me to press '1' to speak to an operator, then threatened me with immediate arrest if I failed to do so.
This number called me 5 times yesterday on my call-blocker phone but didn t leave a message. Many thanks for that info, Anonymous - they re now blocked.
