Call claimed to be from cavity wall insulation company suggesting they are surveying houses to remove insulation where it is causing damp. They asked vague questions I.e “Are you the home owner?”. When I asked a question response didn’t match my question or make sense as a response.

I am sick to death of the daily calls from this number all times of day no message left etc I have found out it is a sky number based in Cardiff but do not answer or call back getting really sick of it now need to find out how to block this number it s a nuisance especially as I am already with sky! SCAM - keep getting numerous calls everyday from this number and other numbers starting 0203 789 6xxx. They purport to be from Car Phone Warehouse and are ringing to improve my deal and upgrade my phone. When I ask them where they got my details from they say they are working in collaboration with my current provider. When I ask for verification, they change the subject and don't know anything about my current arrangements. Call the number back and the line is dead sol assume it is masked. AVOID

Didn't say what he was calling about so I hung up because (a) Openreach don't contact the public direct out of the blue but would do so through the relevant ISP and (b) my internet comes via the independent KCOM network in Hull which has nothing to do with Openreach.

Won?t say what company they are from but asks for your details. When told to remover me from their list became very aggressive

I personally believe that these people should not be permitted to have these numbers unless they reveal their identity.
