However I do know that once connected to your computer they can lock you out unless you make payments to them. SCAM me thinks. SCAM - claim to be working for o2 to offer a discount, they are obviously trying to SIM swap or login to account as they already have your mobile number they can get an o2 security text message sent to your phone. The text message is legitmate BUT you must not give them the code. It even says in the message never to share the code with anyone. They need the code to access your account. DON'T LET THEM!

AMAZON. The usual one about Amazon Prime. Your acct will be auto renewed for £79+. I don't have it so it can't. Get these scam calls all the time. They want you to press "1" so gawd knows what that does - link you into an expensive Ling Distance call or something. Someone is determined to get money from you, I don't fully understand how but they wouldn't be in this for nothing! I fail to understand why the police or BT can't DO something about it!!!
