Who call me from this number
Call center: Lady saying she wanted to ask questions about my general household. The line was awful and I couldn't understand what she was asking me. I believe she may have said something about my washing machine, but can't be 100% certain. I put the phone down as she was too hard to understand and the line was very quiet.

Started by asking for my wife. Told her she wasn't in. Then confirmed my name, said he was offering a call blocker for unrecognised calls for free. Mentioned that I paid for my phone bill by direct debit (who doesn't?) and then listed a load of banks, none of them mine. When I laughed he got annoyed and asked why. When I told him I didnt have any banks of that name, did he just want my sort code and account number, he was talking over me and telling me to listen!!! Cut him off. Be warned.

I just had a call from them & never picked it up. Assuming from all the comments on here, it sounds like it is Vodafone trying to get hold of the owner of all new phones to either check the service is ok or to check something else. FRAUD. Robocall claiming it is Social Security Administration and that your social security number has been suspended due to fraudulent activity, that all benefits will be cut off. If you press '1' to get to one of the agents it is always an indian. I always press 1 to read them the riot act concerning fraud and robocallers contacting those on national do not call registry.
