I sarcastically asked when this was and he confidently said August 2015 (I, luckily, have had no accidents) When I told him this he sounded confused before cutting the line. Automated call - Didn't answer, then got a 5s voicemail of a Liverpool accent (phone had auto-identified dialling code as Liverpool) saying "ah right, OK, well we'll take you off our list then".
