I was told they were from O2 and had an offer on for 30% off the next bill. I was being transferred to the bill department so put the phone down and straight away was called by another "fraudulent" number. I didn't answer.
SCAM - claim to be working for o2 to offer a discount, they are obviously trying to SIM swap or login to account as they already have your mobile number they can get an o2 security text message sent to your phone. The text message is legitmate BUT you must not give them the code. It even says in the message never to share the code with anyone. They need the code to access your account. DON'T LET THEM!

SCAM Indian woman said she was from carphone warehouse doing a promotion with lots of discount off products. She then said so you have a contract then which one? I said you should already have those details if you're from carphone warehouse at which point she started to stumble and kept asking me what contact.
