Call from 0161 850 7546 claiming to be HMRC and that I was being sued for unpaid tax - starting laughing and hung up. Luckily I am not a little old lady who could have been terrified by such a call.
Answered with; Hi man, say he was from BT, hung-up and added to my blacklist on BT 1572
This number rang around 10;00 I answered, silence waited no response.

All the above info re talktalk scam is correct. Female left two messages saying I would be disconnected from Talktalk immediately unless I spoke to their agent by pressing button '1'. Do not fall for it. May I suggest best advice is not to answer and block call.
