Received an unsolicited call from this company regarding making a claim for PPI insurance payback

I answered the call to be asked if I d had a car accident before I could finish the word no I was TOLD someone definitely had an accident in my car!! I replied, well no one told me about it and they were nice enough to repair the damage and put my car back without me knowing ;-) don t answer the phone guys..these fools are opportunists!

This is a scam, they will pretend to be a family member who has swapped phones. They will then ask for a loan of some money to pay an invoice.

This number called me and said they were calling about an accident I had within the last 3 years. I asked her what accident would that be? She said you tell me! I said no you seem to know so much about me you tell me. She was so rude. She said don t give me that all you had to say was yes or no. She didn t ask me if I d had an accident so how could I answer yes or no. I said how dare you cold call me then kick off. She went yeah yeah whatever and put the phone down! Unbelieveable. Persistent offender of harassment calls. Uncle Buck Finance LLC. They disguise their caller id using literally dozens of different numbers, all of which transfer to collections. It means you cannot easily use a call blocker to filter out these calls. But keep adding their numbers to your blocker, does help. When challenged to identify themselves, they state they are calling from UB. Ask for the full company name and corporation number, ICO number and FCA registration number for identification purposes.
